The `getSelectedGroup` function extracts names of the features groups where all edges have non-zero fitted coefficients.

getSelectedGroup(fit)

Arguments

fit

The `brainclass` fit.

Value

A character vector. Names of edge groups where all fitted coefficients are non-zero.
